About Evan Wheeler

Evan Wheeler was born in 2009 in Louisville, Kentucky. His interest in politics began during the COVID-19 pandemic, when he started having lots of questions about the state of the world. When he got to sixth grade, he went to his first Y conference, KUNA, which he absolutely loved. From then on, he's gone to every single Y conference, sponsoring a KYA bill and serving on security council in KUNA twice. However, once he got to Eight Grade, he decided to run for PO on a progressive platform. He got second, thus receiving Lt. Governor. But he still wasn't done, and in Ninth Grade ran for Bluegrass PO in HS3 KYA. After a successful campaign, he got first place and received the role of Lt. Governor. As HS3 Lt. Governor, he's committed to fighting for everyone, and promises to be the most transparent PO ever.
